Luma Care ("Luma", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Luma.

Information you add to a group is shared with the other members of that group. We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to operate Luma, including Google Cloud for application and file storage, MongoDB Atlas for database services, Google and Apple for sign-in, Apple Push Notification service for notifications, and Amazon Web Services for invitation email delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, rights, and security.

Luma uses HTTPS/TLS for data in transit and access controls for cloud systems that store application data and uploaded files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your choices

You can update account information in the app, manage device notification permissions, leave groups where available, and delete your account through the app. Account deletion is permanent. We may retain limited information where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

6. Children's privacy

Luma is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its updated date will be posted on this page.
